Green Olives and Jalapenos
There are countless ways to make a pizza. I have my favorites, and I have particular culinary talents to help make some of these readily available to me and my family. I love to explore the variety of other methods, and there is plenty of room on the list for new favorites. As I don’t eat pizza all that often, the temptation to go with THE favorite is strong, and that’s easily considered a rut. I operate more than I wish in a system of ruts… there are things in life that I have found serve me well, and I could use all the help I can generate. But, at some point, the regimen becomes rote, and life demands an injection of the new… So, try that pizza with spinach and feta, or thick crust with mushroom and sausage. Life is short (though some weeks are soooo long)… maybe, make your pizza a calzone.
